Interim Management

As an interim manager, I am at my strongest in a role where I can build bridges between higher management and the work floor, and in assignments with goals involving both HR Management and organizational improvement.

Recent assignments

During the period 2006-2009 following a reorganisation within ING Ops & IT Banking, I was asked to fulfil a number of successive line positions within a change as a well as a management environment.
In 2010-2011 I worked for ING as trainer within a culture change program and as coach.
