ICT and MarComms have formed an integral part of my career since 1995.
Over the past few years the focus of assignments has shifted to interim management, with a strong HR component and the coordination of improvement processes, including communication.
I support these improvement processes by delivering the training courses ´Thinking in terms of responsibility´™ within CMMI and ITIL programmes.
