Departments within which project results are paramount often have insufficient time to attain (higher) management objectives relating to the improvement of processes, culture and internal communication. It may also be the case that the knowledge and experience to this end is lacking, or that the management team needs to set itself other priorities. Clients engage my services in such situations in order to bridge the day-to-day reality on the work floor with the goals defined by (higher) management in this area.
Although organisational improvement focuses primarily on processes, culture and communication in many cases, good HR Management is a key cornerstone for an organisation's success. There may also be inadequate time here to devote the appropriate amount of attention to the HR aspects of a department or team. In such cases, I provide support so that HR objectives can be attained.
